All Seasons Landscaping Co., formerly All Seasons Gardening & Maintenance Ltd was founded in 1974 by Bruce and Dorothy Gagnon to provide lawn maintenance, snow removal and landscaping services to the community, residences, businesses and institutions of Durham Region.

Founded on the principles of quality and integrity, what began as a small family business rapidly grew into one of the leading ground maintenance and landscaping service providers in the Greater Toronto Area. All Seasons continues expanding to keep up with the demand for its acclaimed service and currently has 2 full time landscaping crews as well as 3 full time grounds maintenance crews and 8 trucks.

All Seasons also has a long track record of giving back to the community. Over the years, All Seasons has been actively involved with Landscape Ontario Horticultural Trades Association in various capacities including being past president of the Durham Region Chapter and part of the Commodities Group for Landscape Contractors. All Seasons key personnel hold certifications as both Horticulturist/Nurseryman/Greenskeeper (HNG) and Horticulturist/Landscaper/Greenskeeper (HLG). All Seasons has been a regular recipient of “Awards of Excellence” for both Landscaping as well as Grounds Maintenance dating back to 1986. The Company has also been an integral part of the annual Metroland Spring Home and Garden Show providing the grand prize landscaping package every year since its inception in 1998.

In 2017, after 35 years of dedicated service, Bruce and Dorothy have passed the baton to Dennis Kourtchan to continue their tradition of integrity, quality, affordability and customer satisfaction as they lead All Seasons into the 21st century. Dennis has an extensive background in business administration, financial engineering, as well as systems design and development; attributes which he hopes to utilize to revamp All Seasons’ client care, operational organization, and accounting practices. Dennis is committed to maintaining the high standards established by Bruce and Dorothy while working to modernise established practices and streamline the service to make hiring All Seasons as hassle free as possible for our loyal clients.
